Rentlytics: Business Intelligence Solution
I started at Rentlytics in September of 2016 as a Product Manager for the Business Intelligence Solution; this was the first time I made a move from product designer to a more strategy and management position. Since starting, I have worked on many projects that have expanded my knowledge. I'm lucky enough to be learning something new every day and to have launched two projects.
This portfolio page is a combination of the many projects I have managed and designed from the start to launch. Starting with my very first project: "My Pinboards" continuing to other extensions of the platform like commenting and alerts (coming soon).
Rentlytics solves analytical challenges for real estate industry: the platform combines data across customers assets and makes it easier to digest. The Rentlytics Business Intelligence platform brings all of the data into one place and makes it easy for users to analyze, share and create actionable tasks.
As of today, the Rentlytics platform focuses on multifamily real estate owners and assets managers as customers. The team has knowledge in SaaS, the multifamily industry, and has retained a client retention rate of 98%.
Pinboards & Sharing - MVP Launch, April 2017 and Version Two, June 2017
Rentlytics users faced a huge challenge: the users have access to over 20 dashboards and 400 unique key performance indicators. That much data is overwhelming, and at the time, was not customized to fit their individual needs.
The goal of this project was to provide users the ability to start tailoring Rentlytics in a way that drives their everyday workflow and delivers value to each user within an organization. The project would increase user engagement and make Rentlytics a critical solution for customers.
